Amazing value, and an awesomely fun, big house with a handle to carry easily! The house is lovely and well detailed. The furniture is okay quality. There are tons of fun things to do and explore, and since this is an inexpensive brand, you can actually afford to buy your kid more figurines to play in the dollhouse!!! Highly recommend. My son loves this whole set and is enchanted by it.

I received it as a pickup order. The box was destroyed, so it was not able to be wrapped as a Christmas present. I assembled it the same day to make sure the pieces were all there. Shockingly, nothing had fallen out of the box, even though it was both cut open and had a large hole. It was fairly easy to assemble. Ours came with several blemishes from the factory. Hopefully my 3yo will not care. Be aware that this is not the quality of a Calico Critters house. It's not quite as sturdy in build as our others, and the doors/windows can pop off easily. I was afraid I was going to break it a few times while putting it together. You get what you pay for though. It is very cute and will work for both our Calico Critters and Honeybee Acres families. I would not recommend it for a kid who does not play gently. If it falls apart, I'll likely end up super gluing most of the removable pieces, which would be an easy fix. I do love that the two sides latch together (though I wish the latch was metal instead of plastic) and it has a nice carrying handle. Our others do not have those features.
